I was taking Evening Primrose Oil but recently read in a Nursing Pharmacology book that it actually lowers your immunity. With all of the medications doing the same thing, and putting you at risk for infections, I was afraid to continue it.

Evening Primrose Oil has been used to treat Psoriasis and other skin conditions for years. I find it seems to help lessen the psoriasit arthritis pain, too. I use it topically on the plaques, and take it internally twice a day.
