| I have severe OA and have several joints that have collapsed and need replacement surgery (fingers). I have used Aleve in the past for pain management but recently had a mild stroke and am on Plavix and can no longer take Aleve or most pain relievers. I started using Bosweilia shortly after the stroke to try to relieve some of the joint pain and it has worked very well for me. I still have some pain but not to the degree I had it before taking this wonderful herb. It has also had a positive effect on my Fibromyalgia. I am sleeping better but am not sure if it is the Bosweila or not. I take 250 mg. 3 times a day with meals and it seems to help very quicly. |

| I have been taking 5-Loxin which is a stronger and more absorbale type of
boswellia and I too, have not seen any change and I have been taking this
for years. sometimes if something isn't working, it just may not be the right solution for your problem. |

| Over a year to 2 years ago I had OA so bad it was hard to impossible to walk upstairs.I was prescribed Etodolac and Tramadol wich only made me sleep and did nothing for my pain. Jan 09 I started taking Boswellia along with the prescriptions for a week or two then stopped taking the prescriptions ( which I am not strongly advising)I have been virtually pain free every since. I usually take 1 500mg per day if I start to feel any pain, but on a regular I use the 207 or 305mgs. Works for me, Thank God!! |

| Shaklee has a product called "Pain Relief Complex" that is a combination of
Safflower extract 150mg and Bosweilla serrata extract 1000mg, that is easy
on the stomach. I have had no stomach upset with this product. I normally
have acid reflux too. The recommended dose is 3 tabs/day I doubled the dose for a couple of weeks. It helps my back the most. I just need to remember to take it. I am not selling anything, just sharing the love for this disabling pain. |

| This herb has been shown to be quite helpful in OA cases. While
Glucosamine/Chondroiton/MSM, etc. help rebuild the joint, discomfort
persists. Boswellia capsules with 230 mg taken 2 or 3 times a day can be
helpful. You can get more information and look up clinical research at: http://www.naturesformulary.com/Products/49-boswellia.aspx |

| In my opinion, and from what I have heard this product is very effective.
It has a good combination of the ingredients listed on the site here and in
sufficient amounts. www.nutraglide.com |

| My daughter has OA and I have RA. Hers is in her left hard. She took 5 50mg tablets a day and within a week she was great. Hers flares, so when she feels it start, she starts taking it. Only thing she uses now. And no side effects. I tried it and it didn't have an effect. |

| I've been taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin with boswella & MSM for three months. My joint pain is gone, but I do have an acid stomach. I've tried Glucosamine and Chondroitin before to no avail, so I'm wondering if it's the boswellia that made the difference. |

| I have a friend who swears by Boswellia. She says she takes Omega 3s also. Maybe that is part of the reason it works for her. She also says she takes Boswellia multiple times a day...almost like you would take an asprin for pain. |
