My vet recommended Borage for my 2 year old dog.. a rescue w/bad displasias, already.

He has gotten much better. I have two dogs, I cut the tablet and give the oil to the "joint" dog and the other one loves to chew on the capsule.

Reading this.. I since I have bad OA, guess I'd better be taking it too.

I am a firm believer in Flax seed, Borage oil, and fish oil. I buy one suppliment that has all three in it. It works great especially for that overall soreness you get with arthritis.

I started taking Borage Oil one day and spent the next day in bed, throwing up with a horrible headache. One I read more about it this is not an unusual side effect. I have RA and am always looking for a natural alternative, but I need to be sure and read thoroughly before I jump into using the next supplement.
