My recent "issue" came after an exhilirating weekend spent in W.VA. I "walked" the rolling hills ...nothing "heroic" ...but on Monday my knee was so swollen I could barely move my leg. I ended up in E.R. where they drained the fluid ...getting a remarkable "50 cc's" .... I'm in pain.
I met a new orhopedic dr. and I'm waiting on an MRI.
Bottom line ... if I need to get into shape, lose 40 pounds and get more energy ...how will that happen when every time I begin to engage I have a "blow out?"
I take Omeg 3s religiously ... any other suggestions?
Peace
