I have the same question as Jane Gaincola.
What is the new agent that stops inflamation as effectively as steroids, without the bone damage. Does it also prevent muscle weakness?

Hello,

I'm one of the editors for Arthritis Today and www.ArthritisToday.org. Thanks for your comments. You can find an Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi class near you, learn more about the DVD or see video samples of some of the tai chi moves in the "Related Features" links along the right-hand side on the following link:

Thanks again,
Bryan

RE:"Tai Chi for All" in August, 2009 issue, Vol. 23, No. 4. I tried the link www.ArthritisToday.org/JA09, but Explorer and Google search engines were unable to access it. I have had (in the recent past) no better luck by phoning the Arthritis Foundation, finding info on the Tai Chi program that had been specially developed for people with arthritis.
Before you put a link into an article, please check out that it really works!
I'll now try the more complicated link that Bryan's comment above listed.
