Eight Great New Wii Games for Adults

The latest Wii games are designed to make getting fit fun.

EA Sports Active – A virtual personal trainer takes you through a circuit-fitness routine of exercises and activities, including cardio dance, tennis, squats and lunges.

Grand Slam Tennis – Tennis greats play in Wimbledon, the Australian, French and U.S. Opens. It’s a tennis lover’s dream.

Wii Fit Plus – The enhanced version of the popular Wii Fit exercise program with 15 new balance games and six new yoga and strength-training poses.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 – Combined with the Wii’s new MotionPlus accessory that makes every move of the remote more like the sport you’re playing, the game is considered by many to be the best video golf game ever made.

Jillian Michaels’ Fitness Ultimatum 2010 – “The Biggest Loser” trainer works you out on an island through varied terrain.
